Class types

Boxing
Boxing will improve your cardio fitness, torch calories and above all, is extremely fun.
You'll learn how to jab, cross, hook and uppercut whilst improving your cardiovascular endurance. There will be skipping and body weight exercises as well as pad work.
You will improve your core and upper body strength, send your heart rate through the roof and increase your confidence. Further benefits include stress relief!
EQUIPMENT: After your first class you will need to provide your own hand wraps for hygiene reasons. You can buy these from us (£5) or hire them for £3 per class to cover the laundry required. You can of course source your own as well.

Sweat + Stretch
The aim of this class is to improve strength + flexibility.
Each session consists of a 5 minute warm up followed by 25 minutes of creative HIIT (Tabata + EMOM - every minute on the minute) combinations. We finish with a dance inspired 15 minute stretch set to music. Our bodies are so warm from the cardio section that stretching is highly effective at this time!
Trainers are worn for this class and all props + equipment provided.
Dance Cardio
This 45 minute cardio session combines upbeat music and easy-to-follow choreography to keep things fun + energetic.
The rhythm keeps you moving, making it easier to push through those 45 minutes without even realising you are working hard.
It's the perfect way to boost both your modd + your fitness.
Run Club
Join us for a group 5k at conversational pace. This includes a warm up and cool down in the studio led by our expert Pilates + PT Rosie.
Running together enforces accountability and with a thorough warm up and cool down you're less likely to feel the negative impacts of the run as well as recover more quickly.

What inspired you to become an instructor?
I have always loved sports and exercise. In my 30’s I started strength training and loved how it challenged me and made me feel. I want to overcome the stereotypes that we have when we think of lifting weights and to show people it’s easy.
What's your favourite thing about teaching?
Seeing clients' confidence increase as they start to lift heavier weights and believe in themselves. I relish the challenges that arise when someone has an injury or weakness I can help them with through exercise. I love inspiring people with my own fitness journey too.
What do you love about CS?
The team and the studio space is amazing. We offer a range of classes that compliment each other. We have built a community where clients can network, socialise, workout and have fun and I’ve made many friendships through the studio.
We have an inspirational boss who leads the team and the best coaches in the business!
