Privacy Policy

We rely on repeat custom at Clifford Studios and therefore your trust andconfidence in us is very important. That’s why we won’t sell, rent or trade our data with any other companiesfor marketing purposes. In order to keep providing high quality classes, we will collect relevantpersonal information, use it only when required and keep it secure.

We use the MindBody system for class booking and administration. Here’s a link to their Privacy Policy so you know what’s what. Only employees of Clifford Studios have access to the booking system and this is also password protected.

Once you’ve registered with us, we will invite you to sign up to our newsletter(s).

We have two of these; one for children’s classes (sent weekly) and one for adult classes (sent as and when there is something to share).

Neither is mandatory however our children’s newsletter contains a lot of information about exams, shows, events and venue or teacher changes. We’d therefore strongly recommend signing up to it so you don’t miss out.

If you choose to sign up to either, we use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver them. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our enewsletters. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails.
