In this donation-based class you will move through a vinyasa flow accessible to all levels including variations and modifications to suit everyone.
The first half of the practice will be dynamic; helping you to find your breath and rhythm in order to build a steady focus. You will then move into a more restorative and yin style practice for the second part.
The workshop will end with some breath practise (pranayama) and a guided yoga nidra. Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep, is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping in which the body is completely relaxed. You will leave feeling rejuvenated!
This is a community class meaning the teacher gives their time for free, in exchange for a donation at the end of whatever you thought the class was worth. The teacher then chooses a charity to donate the total to.
